I sat down at my desk and no one said good morning. I listened to people bragging about working through the weekend. I saw a (very attractive) sandwich lady march in, shout out 'sandwiches!' and get completely ignored.
Is this normal?

normal for people to brag or normal for you to see the sandwich lady as attractive?
did you brag about not working at the weekend?
in my experience, people bragging about working at the weekend is just a hidden way of saying 'please tell me I'm not crazy' - don't give them what they want!
Not at all normal. Sandwich ladies are almost never attractive.

I almost always find sandwich ladies attractive. It's them, weather girls and Policewomen for me. I love them all.
Word to the wise if you’re looking to bag yourself a partner from this triumvirate of loveliness: you’d be shrewd to choose a sandwich lady as she’s likely to be more low-maintenance than the other two. And hey presto - free lunch!
By weather girls do you mean weather girls or The Weather Girls?
